You can create any number of applications and permissions that you might want to add to the Applications page. You do not have to add these items to Home items or other Applications categories.
(Conditional) To create a new item, click + on Applications or Permissions tab.
Complete the form for an application or a permission. See Adding an Application or Adding a Permission.
NOTE:You must specify a value for all fields that have an asterisk (*), such as the name and description for an application.
(Optional) Drag and drop the new application or permission to a category.
(Conditional) To modify an existing item, select the edit icon within the tile, then update the values.
To add an application, specify the following details:
Specifies the category for this application.
Specifies the name of the application.
Specifies the nature of the application.
Specifies a logo or image for an application.
Specifies a link for this application. See Deep Linking to a Request.
Specifies the URL of the REST endpoint with JSON data that provides extra details, such as the value of parameters and a badge. Refer documentation for more details.
To add a permission, specify the following details:
Specifies the permission. This can be a role, resource, or PRD.
Specifies the category for this application.
Specifies a logo or image for an application.
