7.2 Shared Key Domain

Privileged Account Manager provides a Shared Key Domain to store credentials that are not linked to any user account. By using Shared Key Management, Privileged Account Manager allows creating shared key domains and keys. In shared key domains, you can securely store the shared key values of the same category at one place for easy access. A privileged user can use these keys by using the checkout feature.

If a rule is created for a checkout of a shared key, multiple users can access the same key simultaneously. For more information about shared keys, refer Section 14.0, Managing Shared Keys.
