9.1 Enabling postfix and salauthd to Start at Boot

  1. From the Computer menu, select YaST.

  2. Log in as root when prompted.

  3. Under the System category, select System Services (Runlevel).

  4. Browse to and select postfix, then click Enable.

  5. Click Continue in the message that states the default runlevels are set to 3 and 5.

  6. Click OK in the message screen.

  7. Browse to and select saslauthd, then click Enable.

  8. Click OK in the message screen.

  9. Click Finish, then click Yes to save the changes.

  10. Close YaST.

  11. Proceed to Section 9.2, Configuring saslauthd to Use LDAP Authentication.
