To activate the ServiceNow driver, activate the Identity Manager engine, then activate the driver by using the separate ServiceNow activation key. If you created the driver in a driver set that has not been activated, you must activate the Identity Manager engine and the driver before the trial version expires. Otherwise, the driver stops working.
If driver activation has expired, ndstrace displays an error message indicating that you need to reactivate the driver to use it.
