34.9 Troubleshooting Other Issues

The following lists the issues you might encounter and the suggested actions for working on these issues. If the problem persists, contact your OpenText representative.

When FIPS is enabled in the OpenText Identity Manager engine, password validation fails for FIPS-enabled Identity Vault/eDirectory when attempting to connect to the OpenText Identity Console.	Navigate to the OpenText Identity Console directory and run this file: ./identityconsole_install and further follow from step 5 of the procedure of Performing an Interactive Installation in OpenText™ Identity Console Installation Guide.
