To view OpenText Identity Manager processing events, use the trace functionality. You use trace only during testing and troubleshooting OpenText Identity Manager. Running trace while the drivers are in production increases the load on the server and can cause events to process very slowly.
To see OpenText Identity Manager processes in trace, you add values to the driver set and the drivers. You can do this in Designer and OpenText Identity Console. For a detailed information about how tracing works, see Section C.0, Understanding OpenText Identity Manager Trace.
