5.3 ERROR: Installing OpenText Identity Console with Older NICI Instance

If an unsupported version of NICI is installed or if the NICI is not updated, OpenText Identity Console (version 1.8 and later) displays the following error message.

Server not configured with configure.bat file.

You have to uninstall or update the NICI instance to support the current version of OpenText Identity Console.
