When you Save an assessment, you are assigning it a name to identify all your assessment settings, such as the endpoints to include, the call scripts to use, and the schedule, within the Vivinet Assessor SQL database system.
Assessment names may be up to 31 characters long. Do not use the following special characters:
[ ] \ / : * ? " < > |
Assign a unique name to each assessment you save. If you try to save an assessment with a name that already exists, you will be prompted to choose whether to overwrite the existing assessment.
To change an assessment’s location using Save as, click Options > Assessment Location and enter a new location on a local fixed drive. Then you must choose a new name for the assessment to be relocated. The SQL database system will not abandon the previously saved assessment until you save it under a different name. Therefore, you should first assign a different name to the assessment and then delete the old copy. Click File > Delete.
